By using the WDToto website or mobile app, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. Please read the entire document carefully before using the platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between WDToto and the user. If you do not agree with any of the terms stated here, please refrain from using our platform.

WDToto is a licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. We operate in accordance with international gaming regulations and place user protection as our top priority. These terms have been prepared specifically for Bangladeshi users to ensure clarity and ease of understanding.

Opening an account on WDToto requires meeting a few basic conditions. These requirements are in place for your own protection.

Registration Eligibility

• You must register using your real name, mobile number, and accurate personal details.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• The account is strictly for the personal use of the registered user only.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person or any organization is strictly prohibited.

KYC Verification

WDToto may request a copy of your National ID or passport at any time to verify your identity. Failure to provide this information may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions. The KYC process is completely secure, and your information is never shared with third parties.

Payments on WDToto are completely safe and hassle-free. Transactions are supported through all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh.

Deposit

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 BDT.
• Maximum deposit: ৳50,000 BDT per day (separate limits apply for VIP members).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank cards.
• Deposits are generally processed instantly.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300 BDT.
• Maximum withdrawal: ৳1,00,000 BDT per day.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is completed.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.

All betting activities on WDToto operate under defined rules, established to ensure fairness and transparency.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Minimum bet: ৳10 BDT. Maximum bet: set individually for each market.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the full bet amount will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, WDToto reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If the same person places bets from multiple accounts, all bets will be voided.

Live Betting Special Rules

Odds in live betting change in real time. Once you confirm your bet, the odds at that moment are final. WDToto is not responsible for odds changes caused by internet latency.

Result Determination

All outcomes are determined by cross-referencing internationally recognized data sources. In the event of a dispute, the official result will be considered final.

WDToto offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be met.

Welcome Bonus

• New members receive a special bonus on their first deposit.
• A minimum 5x wager is required before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Each bonus is generally valid for 30 days.
• Each member is eligible for the Welcome Bonus once only.

Daily & Weekly Bonuses

• Regular members receive various daily and weekly reload bonuses.
• Cashback bonuses are credited directly to your main balance with no wagering requirements.
• The referral bonus is awarded once the referred person makes their first deposit.

Bonus Abuse

WDToto's bonus system is designed for fair players. If bonus abuse is detected, the account will be suspended and all winnings will be forfeited. Examples of bonus abuse include: claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts, or deliberately placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements.

To maintain a fair and honest gaming environment, WDToto strictly prohibits a range of activities.

List of Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering under a false identity or with fraudulent information.
• Using software, bots, or automated programs to place bets.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information.
• Using WDToto for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Fraudulent transactions involving other users.

WDToto is committed to delivering the highest quality of service. However, WDToto's liability is limited in certain circumstances.

• WDToto is not liable for missed bets resulting from internet disconnection or technical issues.
• WDToto is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment platforms (bKash, Nagad).
• WDToto's liability will be limited in cases where a password is compromised or an account is hacked due to the user's own negligence.
• No compensation will be provided for missed betting opportunities due to unexpected server downtime.

However, if any loss occurs due to WDToto's own error, we will work through our support team to resolve the issue and arrange fair compensation.

WDToto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms and Conditions violation.
• If evidence of fraud or unlawful activity is found.
• Registration using false or fraudulent information.
• Failure to verify KYC information.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 1 year).

Closing Your Account

You may close your account at any time. Submitting a self-exclusion request will lock your account for a specified period. Please withdraw your balance before closing your account.

WDToto reserves the right to partially or fully update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, you will be notified via SMS to your registered mobile number or through an in-app notification.
